Joseph "Giuseppe" D'Agostino of Regalbuto, Sicily passed away on Monday July 4, 2022 at Saint Luke's Hospital in Newburgh, NY. He was 81. Joseph was born on September 4th, 1940 to the late Pietro and Santa D'Agostino. Joseph grew up with his younger sister Rosa and late older sister Vita. He met the love of his life, Maria Teresa, on May 18th, 1986 and they married the same day in 1990. Joseph is survived by his 4 beloved children Peter, Maria, Donna and Joseph, and his five beloved grandchildren Adam, Ally, Nick, Teddy and Remi. He came to New York City on June 30th, 1958 with his father, younger sister, and only $20 in his pockets. Joseph was an exceptionally hard worker; in construction, the restaurant business, and as a business owner. Through his hard work and determination Joseph helped care for his family, and was able to make a happy, successful life for himself. He loved his friends and family wholeheartedly. He enjoyed cooking, hunting, dancing and spending time conversing with loved ones. Joseph was the best son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather. He was strong, brave, respectful, respected, forgiving, caring, endearing, loving and immensely loved now and always.
