Marian Barbara Caesar of New Windsor, NY, a retired Federal employee, died January 6, 2023. She was 85 years old.
She was a 1955 graduate of Newburgh Free Academy. The daughter of the late Joseph and Cecelia Caesar, she was born in Newburgh, NY. She was a member of the New Windsor Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Survivors include her brother, Joseph, her niece, Michelle Kelly, and several cousins.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 22, 2023 at 1:00pm, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at 25 Beakes Road, New Windsor, NY. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
