Patrick M. Griffin
July 3, 1954- March 4, 2023
Patrick Griffin of New Windsor, N.Y. passed away on Saturday, March 4,
2023 at St. Luke’s Hospital after a valiant seven month battle. He was 68.
Patrick was the son of William and Jean Griffin. He was born on July 3,
1954 in Paterson, N.J. He was a graduate of Don Bosco Prep in New
Jersey. Patrick was a driver for United Parcel Service for many years and
continued working up until his recent illness.
He was an amazing son, father, brother, uncle, nephew and friend to all
that knew him. He always gave of himself and never hesitated to help
someone in need. A bright light has gone out. His memory will live on in all
of us.
Patrick is survived by his mother, Jean Griffin; his daughter Taylor; his
brother Timothy E. Griffin and his wife Rosemarie; his niece Candice
McGowan and her husband Robert; his nephew Timothy P. Griffin; great
nephew Jake McGowan; great nieces Isabella, Sophia and Brianna Griffin;
his Aunt Emily; his girlfriend Julie Vitale; many cousins and wonderful
friends. He was predeceased by his father William Griffin.
