Obituary of Patricia A Wagner

Patricia Ann Wagner, Pat to those who knew and loved her, passed away surrounded by her family on June 13, 2023, at the age of 72 in Valhalla, NY. Patricia is survived by her husband of 51 years Ernest Wagner, her daughters, Christine Wagner and Michele Blossom, her sons-in-law, Richard Krauss and Daniel Blossom, as well as many other family members and countless friends. She was born on July 29, 1950, in Queens, NY, to her parents Catherine and Floyd Smith, and graduated from Half Hollow Hills High School in 1968. Patricia joined New York State Civil Service after high school and dedicated her career to serving her community until her retirement in 2018 from the Rockland County Department of Health as a Personnel Assistant. Patricia was a loving, devoted wife and mother. She was a kind person who was always willing to help others. She was a great listener and a shoulder to lean on for those in need. Her warm personality, smile, laugh, and caring nature will be deeply missed by all who knew her. A memorial service will be held for Patricia July 15, 2023, from 2:00pm to 4:00 pm at Hudson Valley Funeral Home, 239 Quassaick Ave. New Windsor, NY. In lieu of flowers, please donate to an animal shelter or charity of your choice. Patricia was an animal lover and would have greatly appreciated contributions made in her honor.
