"Victor Everett Frazier passed away on Saturday, January 06, 2024 at the age of 35. He went peacefully in his sleep at home with his family. Victor was born to Sheila Jett and Vernon Frazier, Tuesday, March 22, 1988 in Newark, New Jersey. He lived in New Windsor, New York at the time of his death. Victor was a beloved son and brother, an endearing nephew and uncle, a trusted confidant and friend, and so much more to all who loved him, but nothing meant more to him than being the loving and devoted father he was to his five beautiful children, Vanya Frazier, Victoria Frazier, Victor Frazier Jr., Valayja Frazier, and Vakhi Frazier. Forever in our hearts, Victor will be deeply missed and remembered with love."
