Obituary of Agostinho C Domingues

Agostinho C. Domingues of New Windsor, NY a machine operator for Amscan Inc. passed away on Thursday May 6, 2021 at his home after losing his battle with bladder cancer. He will be missed greatly and in our hearts forever. He was 56. He is the son of Agostinho S. Domingues and Pureza Goncalves Corga Domingues. He was born on February 3, 1965 in Cabreiro, Aarcos De Valdevez, Portugal Agostinho is survived by his wife Nannette M Domingues, married to Agostinho for 25 years, 2 sons Jessie A. Domingues and Vincent M. Domingues A memorial service will be held from 4 to 7pm on Saturday May 15, 2021 at Hudson Valley Funeral Home 239 Quassaick Avenue (Rte94) New Windsor, NY Rita Delfini Rita Delfini, a lifelong resident of Newburgh, NY, passed away on Wednesday May 5, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. She was 83. Rita was born on May 22, 1937 in Goshen Hospital, in the village of Goshen. She was the daughter of the late Patsy Garzione, and the late Rose Pinto Garzione. Rita was married to Umberto Delfini, they were happily married for 62 years. They often enjoyed spending Sunday afternoons dancing to Italian Music at the Casa Milanase. Besides being a loving wife and mother, and grandmother, in her younger years she loved to sew, cook for the family, bake and take care of her flower garden. She also had love for her animals. She will be deeply missed by her entire family and all of her friends. Rita is survived by her husband Umberto, her daughter, Maria Cracolici and her husband Anthony of Newburgh, NY, her son Anthony L. Delfini and his wife Kathleen of Wallkill, NY. Grandchildren are; Anthony M. Delfini and his wife Sarah of Highland, NY, Adam Delfini of Wallkill, NY, and Jonathan Delfini of Wallkill, NY. Great Grandchildren are; Connor and Ethan Delfini, her siblings Nick Garzione and his wife Hannelore of Anderson, SC, Patricia Lansperry of Newburgh, NY, Christina Whitcanack and her husband Mike of East Moline, IL. She also had several Nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her sister Marie Cea of Walden NY. Visitation will be held on Tuesday May 11, from 4-7pm at Hudson Valley Funeral Home. Inc. 239 Quassaick Avenue (Rte94) New Windsor, NY. Please know that there is an occupancy limitation which may cause a wait time. Facial covings must be worn in the funeral home at all times, and social distancing must be practiced. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday May 12, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church Newburgh. Entombment will follow in Cedar Hill Mausoleum Newburgh, NY.
