Saddened to hear today when I went to Restorative Management to report Final Revocation Hearings, and said I see Randy Siper is on the calendar today. Then learned Randy passed away. I was speechless. So unexpected. I worked with Randy for many years as a court reporter, reporting Parole Revocation Hearings. He was always polite and was liked by all who worked with him. I always commented on his "snappy" looking ties he had for practically every holiday. Condolences are sent to the family.. RIP Randy. You will be missed....... Arlene Laquidara
